The advantages compared to a hotel or a cottage: presence of the owner and breakfast included.

Check in - Availability of rooms
You can access the room whenever you want from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Outside of this slot, you are asked to make a request.
Check out - Release of rooms
On the day of departure, the rooms must be released no later than 11 a.m.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Use and respect of places, art of living
Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all. The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place.
The whole house (bedrooms, living rooms, etc.) is strictly non-smoking. It is therefore requested not to smoke in the establishment, in the rooms or at the windows. It is possible to smoke outside.
The children evolve within the house under the sole responsibility of their parents. In particular, parents are asked to ensure that their children respect the peace and quiet of other guests in the house.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and to assume financially any possible degradation for which he could be responsible.

Personal effects
The botanical house declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the personal effects of guests. In case of forgetfulness in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be sent to the person concerned, at his request and at his expense.

Security
Only people staying at the Botanical House are authorized to enter the property and use the common areas.

Access - Transport The guest house is in the heart of the town of Castillon-la-Bataille. If you arrive by train from Bordeaux or Libourne, you are 50 meters from the Castillon station exit. Long live low-carbon tourism...

The botanical house is located at 42 avenue Gambetta 33350 Castillon-la Bataille. You can park easily and for free in front of the house or around the station.

Once parked, everything is done on foot!
